Our designers want to achieve a design that’s spot on, so they will visit your home to get to know you and your space. They will measure the room and chat with you about your wishlist, and then recommend products that complement your style and budget.
Lifestyle, project price, and aesthetic aspirations – we use the information from your home survey to build a 3D design. The designer will then invite you and your fitter to a free design appointment at your local depot, where you can discuss the details.
After the appointment, we’ll send you the 3D design and a 360-degree panorama of your new scheme to share with your trade professional. Once you’ve had a look, let us know about any changes you’d like to make – we’ll adjust the layout until it’s completely according to your requirements.
