The Scheer Saw
Three Scheer Saws with with Barbaric auto panelling system is the state of the art German machinery with a single fine cut beam saw, allowing pin point accuracy to the nearest millimetre giving clean cut finish without chipping or slitters guaranteeing a high degree of automation and first-class processing quality.
The Bulleri Toranado router
Two Bulleri Toranado routers, the latest technology. This machine uses OSAI control for high performance routing in association with off-line CAD/CAM software. Allowing manufacturers like us to produce state of the art lettering, engraving, cutting or designs on to MDF doors, draws and panels. With the same machine we are able to give different edge finishes from straight, beveled, curved to many more. It ensures that the latest designs are offered to our customers.
The Burkle 3D Air Press & Simimpianti Topform Press
The Burkle 3D air press & the Simimpianti Topform press works with or without membrane by means of bottom vacuum, top pressure and heating system. Unlike other machinery used in the same industry, our press gives outstanding quality which gives stunning finish without leaving glue or crease residues. With years of experience and use of quality material, we provide a finish which will last years without pealing or wearing.
The HOMAG edge Banding laser technology
The HOMAG represents perfect edges. The laser technology allows us to apply the most modern edge profile trimming for rounding corners, curves and straight edges. The machine is fully automated allowing application of different profiles to panels, with different edge thicknesses.

The (Hamag group)- offers the next generation of compact vertical CNC technology in an area of less than 10 m². There are two powerful configurations available to choose from. Various software options improve speed and safety during processing. Automate processes with barcode integration or workpiece return. With the dowel insertion function, we gain considerably more flexibility in our field.
CSF Barbaric Panel Storage Machine
The Automated panel storage system CSF combines functionality, performance and design. Barbaric machine is specialist self-organizing warehouse unit that organises material.
We offer our clients with top quality machinery; this machine allows us to automatically supply panels to other cutting and CNC machinery without scratching or damaging sheets.
